Corporate information
MIG International Ltd is incorporated in the RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), registration number A002/09/12/5254, with its registered office at Park Towers, Tower A, Office P5-02A, Level P5, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE. Its corporate office is at Level 41, Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
The company is ultimately held by Levante Foundation, a foundation registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre under the DIFC Foundations Law (DIFC Law No. 3 of 2018), registration number 14188.
Regulatory status
RAK ICC is a corporate registry. It is not a financial services regulator, and registration with it is not authorisation to carry on financial services.
A regulated asset management entity is under formation with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority, expected in Q4 2026. Until that entity is authorised, MIG International Ltd does not hold a financial services licence and does not carry on regulated financial services activity.
