Who we are
MIG International Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. The company is incorporated in the RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), registration number A002/09/12/5254, with its registered office at Park Towers, Tower A, Office P5-02A, Level P5, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE. What we collect, and why
We collect personal data only where you choose to give it to us through one of three forms.
Enquiries. When you contact us we collect your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message, so that we can respond.
Corporate presentation requests. When you request the corporate presentation we collect your name, work email address, organisation, role, country, investor type, any message you add, and your confirmation that you are a professional or institutional investor. We use this to verify the request and to send the presentation. The presentation is not served automatically.
Job applications. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, the role applied for, your LinkedIn profile where given, your CV, and any cover note. We use this solely to evaluate your application and, with your consent, to consider you for future openings.
We also record the IP address a submission came from, as a basic protection against automated abuse.
Legal basis
We process enquiry and presentation-request data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We process recruitment data on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the point of submission.
How long we keep it
Recruitment data is retained for up to twelve months from submission, in line with the consent given at the point of application, unless you ask us to erase it sooner. Enquiry and presentation-request records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Personal data submitted through this website is accessible to MIG International Ltd and its affiliates. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Where data is held
Our website and its database are hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider. Data may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside your own, including the United Arab Emirates.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to info@mig-corp.com, or to careers@mig-corp.com for anything relating to a job application. We will respond within a reasonable period.
