Structure & Governance

Ownership built for generations.

MIG International is ultimately held by Levante Foundation, a private foundation established in the Dubai International Financial Centre under the DIFC Foundations Law (DIFC Law No. 3 of 2018), Reg. No. 14188.

The foundation structure separates ownership from operations. It ring-fences the group's holdings, fixes succession by design rather than by circumstance, and places MIG's strategy on a generational clock — not a fund cycle.

This is why we can say we invest like a family office: we are one. No exit pressure, no fund expiry, no quarterly redemptions. The permanence we ask of our partners is built into our own ownership.

  1. Holding foundation Levante Foundation — DIFC Reg. 14188
  2. Group company MIG International Ltd — RAK ICC Reg. A002/09/12/5254
  3. Operating verticals Agro · Energy · Infrastructure, Real Estate & Mining · Sports & Entertainment

MIG Capital Ltd (DIFC) · Regulated asset management entity under formation in ADGM — expected Q4 2026

Continuity

Ownership does not change hands with any individual. The foundation exists in perpetuity under DIFC law.

Ring-fencing

Group holdings sit within a dedicated legal structure, separate from operating entities and from any single project's risk.

Alignment

The family's capital and our investors' capital compound on the same horizon. We have no fund to wind down and no exit clock to beat.

Levante Foundation is registered with the DIFC Registrar of Companies and verifiable on the DIFC public register.
