Darin Weldon was a foundational force and instrumental leader in establishing the groundwork of our company. A financial empowerment expert with a proven track record of helping businesses reach their full potential, he began his career at Bear Stearns, Citicorp, and Bank of New York before transitioning into entertainment finance, where he funded and raised several successful enterprises.
His ability to cultivate concepts and turn them into compelling business propositions earned him strong standing among venture capitalists and financial institutions. He subsequently expanded into real estate, oil and gas, and energy, funding successful ventures internationally. Since 2013, Darin oversaw MIG's Business Activities in North America. He earned his BA from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
Darin's guidance, integrity, and lasting contributions remain an important part of who we are today. He will be deeply missed by all of us.
