Senior Director, Korea & Japan

Senior Director for Korea and Japan, responsible for the firm's transactions and institutional relationships in both markets.

Greg H. Park is Senior Director for Korea and Japan at MIG International, responsible for the firm's transactions and institutional relationships in both markets.

He brings three decades of experience in global capital markets, specialising in the origination, structuring and post-closing governance of share-backed lending (SBL) and equity-collateralised debt. His work sits between institutional lenders, capital investment firms and mid-to-large-cap public corporations, covering both the front-end architecture of a facility and the back-end operations required to fund and settle it.

Greg has deep working knowledge of institutional banking architecture and the SWIFT network. He has structured complex cross-border liquidity facilities and managed the multi-currency treasury operations that support them. He has frequently served as monitoring agent on large structured debt transactions, providing institutional lenders with ongoing collateral surveillance, covenant enforcement, transaction auditing and operational transparency throughout the life of a facility.

At MIG, Greg applies this expertise in structured lending, cross-border treasury operations and post-disbursement risk control to the firm's transactions across Korea and Japan.
